3DS Automatic update?

Do you avoid old games that are only playable in 30fps or less?

I got back to playing Blur on PS3 and while it's only 30fps, the game is awesome so no I wouldn't personally avoid games based on that alone.

I am reading on wiki that the 2.1.0-3 add Automatic Update when there is a wifi nerby.
They removed that in the new updates right?
I mean its illegal to automatic update the system right?

Its not ILLEGAL.
Your system can auto update if it is set to do so. That setting is in the settings menu of your 3ds.
