Is make_cdn_cia.exe in the same folder as 3DNUS.exe? How did you launch 3DNUS.exe? Did you start it as admin from the rightclick menu?

I downloaded the first link on the page ie 32 bit and it didn't have that file..

How do u know if it downloads for old 3ds or new 3ds firmware?

It downloads the cia files next to the 3DNUS.exe executable. Or if you download firmware files, it downloads them into a folder named as the downloaded firmware.

Hey I'm looking to update my 2.1 3DS to 4.x without using a physical cartridge, can this do that? Also does this require a CFW to launch?

People can explain this better than me, but it's a console specific file needed to exploit the system on boot through an exploit we've named arm9loaderhax.

And do you have a nand backup of 9.2? It'd be easier just restoring your backup.

I got the 3DS at firmware 2.1, I didn't downgrade it.

Ahh. Well I recommend updating your 3ds using a cartridge. It's better to do it that way b/c it's safer. Plus you can't use 3dnus to update to 4.x for you.

When it is finished downloading, where exactly is it downloaded to? Like do I click X to exit out of the program? Dont know where the files its downloaded are supposed to be. Dont want to click X to exit out just for me to have to do it all over again

Edit: Yeah this is weird. If I activate 3DNUS.exe straight from the winrar, and enter the information, it downloads the cias, but I just dont know where to.

However if I make a folder to put the 3DNUS.exe into and then activate it and put the information in and click download, it just starts downloading 1 thing and never progresses

2nd Edit: NVM. Its because I didnt put the make_cdn exe file in the folder as well

Hi, I downloaded 3DNUS 1.9 and I'm trying to download the H&S app and according to this site the ID for the New 3DS one is
0004001020021300 v1 (USA)
but the program is giving me an error with the ID being wrong, I'm wrong or something, it's my first time using this program.

Try using my Version of 3DNUS. It downloads for me!
