For how much time more or less was it freezing? I have mine packing firmware 9.2 as cia, but it doesn´t seem to progress

I'm on 8.1 with my JP New 3DS, and I would like to install the browser on my systemnand in order to use ninjahax and other stuff.
So what I'm looking to install is 0004003000008802 version 4096 right?
And it's ok to install this on systemnand?

When I download a firmware, it downloads a bunch of CIAs. I only have to use one?

And is it legal to distribute the firmware CIAs?

Didn't really understand your question, but you need to install all .cia files. I don't really think it's illegal to distribute a firmware that is official and free.

That's the 7.1/EUR version of the internet browser, and I've been having the same problem trying to download the JAP version of the same file. From Prince's post it seems like the USA version is inaccessible as well.

For some reason i can't download that one. I managed to download the EUR version before. Search online for BrowserTimeWarp.cia since it will have that version.

Well then idk. Try manually download all titles or wait for @ground to fix it.

well it is gonna be hard for me to fix, as it is working fine for me(but takes a couple or minutes). make sure you didn't block the nintendo servers (i got a lot of pm's with people who had problems of title's not downloading, while their router blocked it)

It used to work fine for me, too. But yesterday I just couldn't get it to download that cia. I even let it stay up all night and the progress bar didn't move at all.

Why can i download everything exept that one? Also i'm not blocking nintendo servers from my computer.
Just proof that it works with other stuff with this image.
