So, y'all think that if the 3DS ever gets hacked (in 3DS mode), companies are going to start trying to sell flash carts with 3D porn on it (or whatever the distribution method will be)? I mean it'll most likely be 3D hentai games, but I wonder. Getting some 3D recording equipment and shooting some porn in 3D seems like it's more of a venture than yet another R4 clone, but these are asian markets we're talking about.

Maybe we'll see an R43DTITS or something, and a later firmware update that tells parents it "ensures a pornography-free system".

yeah until someone hacks it, takes the protection off the videos and released them on alt.binz

3D Love Plus is what the 3DS needs, with a D rating and mild sex scenes, forget a C rating that's child's play for a serious game like this and it's not marketed for kids anyway.

The web browser is the only likely way. Nintendo won't license any sort of game or movie for it, and any unofficial cart will have the same sort of workings as a flash cart (though probably not the ability to run commercial games).

well who knows what nintendo will licens for 3DS
most likely itll be by someone else, but idk about flashcart, seeing theres no real DSi flashcart.
& i think there are soem porn games on DS& wiiware.
