[360] Dash 16767 released.

MS has just published a new dashboard revision for the 360.
Today, Dash 16767 is available on XBLive.

Changes are unknown at this moment, however Xkey and LT users beware.
Updating is at your own risk!
Changes are minor.
Only changes is the auto-downloads and a minor change under the Games section.

Fixes video issues.
Improves overall performance.
Small changes in the Games section.
Added options for auto-downloads, background downloads and shutdown timer under console settings

I wonder if they are supporting XeBuild anymore, or if this dash will get a build. By the numbers it's a minor update. The last dashboard version was a minor update that allowed certain apps online without gold and they didn't release a build for it because it was pointless for RGH/Jtag.

Some games would eventually start using this dash build.
Hopefully this is the last dash update that comes out for the 360.
