Hacking 3049 - Layton 3 (J) - Does it Work?

Hello!

I'm getting a M3DS Real for my brother (soon), but he plays a lot (J) games, and I want to make sure of something before.

As most of you know, this has a anti-piracy protection (or whatever is called

). I was checking the recent M3 Real updates, and this game isn't listed, but I was wondering if this got fixed in the latest update (perhaps they just missed it).

There's a cheat fix too, but according to the release topic here, some guy couldn't get it working with the cheat (he was using an old fw, before CT was fixed), but perhaps he did something wrong. Here's the thread:

So... Can someone try it, please (with or without the cheat and newest FW)?

Apparently this get stuck after the first intro movie/puzzle, not so sure, but if you can get it working after the first puzzle i guess it's fine.

With 4.2 firmwares we were able to get pass the first puzzle and so on.
