Follow the official instructions on how to install the twilight hack and with it the HBC. There's a version explicitly made for 3.4.

No it doesn't. But it's fairly easy to install the cIOS on 3.4, if you use illegal methods: Install IOS16 with WAD Manager, and then install the cIOS wad with the modified WAD Manager, done.
