Hacking 3.3 zelda hack?

Why don't the coder release a video or some other confirmation that's not only an update in the wiibrew pedia? I won't update my Wii trusting this "new hack" yet...

It's a wiki... anyone can edit it.

I know, that was my point...

"that's not only an update in the wiibrew pedia?"

If someone managed to bypass the 3.3 checking he would make a webpage or give a little more sensationalism to the release instead of update a wiki with no further information and a file that supposedly saves a lot of ppl who updated their wii's...

meh, Im feeling really screwed here.........

Don't worry zant... you are waiting for a new hack in less then 24h from the fix release, chill down man, programmers have life and jobs either! bushing seems to be quite advanced in the new exploit discovery, and as he said, there's a big probability of the hack happen in other games, so, let's just wait. Go play a little, don't tell me that playing WiiWare and VCs were the only thing that you were doing at Wii...

actually, ive been messing with mapping and scripting for GBA games (yes, I'm making a pokemon game) and I wanted to try it out, it runs, so I wanted on the big screen. Not only that, but my freeloader is broken (no more JAP games) and I dont have gecko freeloader, and I can't play all my old favorite games anymore either (computer is locked down by parents) so, im off to play my PS3. c u guys l8ter.

ok, guys im scared now. my wii cant connect to the internet after this update. I tried, and it keeps giving me the same error code. looked up, trouble shooted it, and still, cant connect.

NVM, im in. BUT, something else caught my attention. NINTENDO HAS JUST RELEASED ANOTHER UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't update, but it asked me to when I completed the connection test and I AM AT 3.3U

Every time you do a connection test, it asks you to do an update. Its, to my knowledge, the same one tho.

dude, I got flamed cuz I thought that there was another update (3.4), turned out false, and panicked.

but, don't disturb the dead.

what's the point?
just do not update your wii to 3.3...
with the 3.3 maybe we can all say farewell to trucha bug for a long time but there should be countless bugs in the games and already installed channels to be exploited for homebrew and pirating. what will 3.3 give you right in the moment?

trucha bug can still be accessed thru gecko region free. 3.3 was just targeting the TP hack (and supposedly fixed/added somethings to the mii channel)

you won't be able to play a game that needs 3.3 with the gecko region free. it will be backwards compatible. and you are wrong, reportedly 3.3 fixes the trucha bug.

Here's to hoping there's a Online Game bug, like with Brawl, or MK... since you can only copy them with a Save Installer, Ninty would have a hard time patching that one!

really? I've heard several people confirm that you can still use trucha disks thru gecko region free. and OF COURSE u need to update to 3.3 if you want to play a certain game, I never said no to that.......
