That WAD you PM'd me installed just fine...

However, I get the black screen "The channel can't be used."

that means you need to run it through free the wads cause its from a different region or find the download from your region

well thats opened up i new can of beans, i'm not sure if that wad was pal or ntsc, have you installed starfall and made region free channel

i just cheacked the site i got it off and it was pal so free the wads is the way forward

did you use ios downgrader before downgrading with cios downgrader?
if not that's probably it.

I get them from REMOVED under one of their forums.

No starfall. No free the wads. I can try that.

I have not done the IOS downgrader and CIOS downgrader. I'm not 100% sure how that stuff works.

How do I know which IOS's I have?

free the wads does not work on nes and snes wads i've just seen, so your gonna have to find 1 somewhere thats ntsc or install starfall and see if region free channels works for you

if your wii is 3.2u out the box like you said then no downgradding is neccessery

find starfall and run it, read the agreement with it and you'll see the button to press is 1 not 2 like it says, then install everything except remove heath warning and you will have a region free wii and as a bonus it will be recoverable from a banner brick, witch is when you install a bad wad and it bricks you wii

Yup. 3.2U... I've installed everything I can think of.

Like just now... I was able to install Altered Beast and Columns, but failed trying to install Blades of Steel with the same error.

How about Starfall with "Region free channel" patch?

And dude, remove the link to the where you get the wads from, or you'll get modded

after you install starfall make sure not to install the GC region free patch, cause that patch does not work right and breaks your Game Cube support, if you have problems with your GC games just remove the GC region free patch and you'll be fine

AFIF95 - No worries man. I'm a bit tense. I've been working on this issue for about 8 hours today. Needless to say I've done nothing but bang my head against my desk.

The real issue is that I get ERROR! (ret = -1022) whenever I try to install SOME WAD files. Others work great. It makes zero sense to me.

I'm running - IOS16, CIOS 247 v5, DVDx 247, CIOS 249 v7, and CIOS 248 v7

I'm using WAD Manager v1.3 and Starfell
