I have a 3.1u Wii that I am trying to upgrade to 3.2u to install Starfall and many other things. When I use cIOS downgrader to use to upgrade, it reboots the Wii. I have the BIG MOE installer. It said that I should use this to upgrade, and is the 4th step in the install. Not sure what the problem is. Any help would be great. Of course I have HBC installed too. THANKS!
