I've recently purchased a 2DSXL and my old SuperCard DSTwo doesn't click into the cartridge port. Has anyone else had this problem?

On a related note, what flashcart should I replace my DSTwo with (if any)?

Thanks!

If you want to replace it, go with this one: http://nds-card.com/ProShow.asp?ProID=149
It can play DS roms and can be used for cfw

Isn't it just a tolerance problem,
I seem to remember someone inserting the cartridge together with a thin piece of cardboard (sticking out)

correct
cut a playing card and stick it in-between the contacts and the housing in the flashcard

or sell it to me

I got a brand new R4i gold last week. It barely inserts, you have to force it down really hard for it to click in, and then it seems to go in further on one side than the other. I think part of the problem is they have tried to make this card be lower than flush with the top of the slot.

Mine is working just fine as well. I knew I wouldn't be the only one, infact I think this is a design flaw, rather than some one off bad batch.

I just put it into my DS lite, and I must say, it goes in there very well

Ignore all suggestions to replace your flashcart, there's no need. The DSTwo is still the most powerful DS flashcart in existence, and it works just fine on every 3DS firmware version.

What makes it so powerful is the CPU which it uses to emulate GBA/SNES games, among others. This bulging CPU is also the reason you're having trouble inserting it, don't worry about the "click", as long as it's sitting flush in the cartridge slot it's good to go. If it's flush but the 3DS isn't detecting it, you may need to update the DStwo to the latest firmware/kernel version.
