2ds wont turn on, pls help

Yesterday I tried playing with my brother on his cfw 2ds but it said it needed an update for download play, I pressed it and realised I wasn't suppost to do that. When I turned on thr console it would bring up the luma3ds error screen but when i took the sd card out and back in, the blue led would turn on and off. I've tried putting the latest version of luma3ds onto the root but nothing has worked, idk if it's an issue with gm9 or something else. I've been so stressed with this, pls help!

your going to want to go back to lurking for a few months at least to learn what bricks and needing the correct luma files are like.

Evidently the 3DS isn't reading the SD card for some reason.

Standard procedure is to copy everything off the card (use Roadkil's Unstoppable Copier to be safe), format the card, test the empty card with h2testw, and then copy everything back to the card if the test is okay.
