Hey all, I have had my 2DS for about a year or two, and I decided to buy the ocarina of time remake only to realize I couldn't access the nintendo e-shop because I had to system update. So I tried to system update, but it keeps saying an error occured and then it shuts down. So, I tried to factory reset the thing but that didn't work either, I got this error code: 005-4270
I tried to homebrew my 2DS a year ago, but I didn't get very far. I didn't pirate anything but I remember putting some files into my SD-card. I tried to figure out if my 2ds was banned by checking the friends page, but it just said to update my system.
Can anyone please help me out? I have heard a lot of good things about OOT and I really hope I can fix this issue. I have already tried deleting the homebrew files from my 2ds and sd-card but that didn't work. changing my dns settings to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 didn't work either.
