I know this is due to having my SD card stolen, I am using A9LH + Luma. What files will I need for this to boot again, I want to update too so it will boot without an SD card. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe if you go to 3ds.guide and follow updating A9LH section it should help you solve both of your issues!

This doesn't seem to work. I do

Section II - Payload update
  1. Launch SafeA9LHInstaller from arm9loaderhax by holding (Down) during boot
  2. Press (Select) to update arm9loaderhax
  3. Power off your device
  4. Insert your SD card into your computer
  5. Delete the a9lh folder from the root of your SD card
  6. Delete down_safea9lhinstaller.bin from /luma/payloads/
  7. Reinsert your SD card into your device
After that It asks to press select on boot. This bring me back to the A9LH Update screen again, although the files are gone.

Make sure the files " aeskeydb"and "data input v4" are in the proper locations.

If you have version 3 or 4 of a9lh you would be able to boot the arm9loaderhax.bin through the 3ds's ctrnand without an sd card.To boot again with a new sd card you need the arm9loaderhax.bin on the root and a folder called luma, then inside the luma folder you make a payloads folder.

sounds like you accidentally put the safe a9lh installer arm9loaderhax.bin file on the root of the sd card, replace it with the luma one now you have updated a9lh
