Hardware 2DS with short circuit

I have a 2DS with a short near the PMIC ( 93045A4 ) but can't find any schematic , or , bare pcb that can show me where goes this line

One other thing , the PMIC as many other ic on this console, is cover by a kind of resin , how can we work on that ? no way to remove it ?

Sorry to hear about your problem, but I'm afraid you posted in the wrong section. This console is part of the 3DS family. You will see that someone knowledgeable there (3DS forum) will surely be able to help you.
