Hacking 2ds sysnand backup?

Could someone be awesome enough to point me in the right direction?

EDIT: would backing up sysnand just be copying your sd card files?

If your 2DS is 9.2 or lower then put Gateways launcher.dat on the big SD card, start browser, go to the exploit page. You don't need a Gateway cart to do this.

If you want to backup your sysnand, just go into the gateway menu and select backup system nand. Then proceed to back it up.

Ok I also have CN so idk if that allows me to do anything.
So basically the steps are get another sd card for the backup.
put gateways launcher on that sd
run the browser exploit.
Profit?

No need for another SD just use the one that came with it. Also if the newest version of the gateway launcher should not work then you can try an older one from before they added the New 3DS stuff.

No it works, the launchers are always retrocompatible with the previous exploits.

what FW version are you on, it only works upto 9.2, and make sure you have the launcher.dat file on the root of the SD card

im on 9.2-0.20u And yes the launcher.dat is on the root of the card
could I just launch it with cubic ninja?

nope cubic ninja is not supported for launching the exploit on the 2ds or original 3ds/3ds xl, maybe try running it on another SD card
