Don't sweat it.

If you don't mind, post the layout out of your SD here (take a Picture of the root and if you have a files9 and luma/payloads, from inside both) and it's easy to see what you have and can be done).

Ok.
You have A9LH according to having "up_Decrypt9WIP.bin" inside luma/payloads folder which is good to give you the proper way to restore your console.
You didn't post the root of SD but I'm assuming you have an arm9loaderhax.bin in there.
If not, delete the "config" file inside luma folder.
Grab this Luma zip and put the arm9loaderhax.bin in the root (use the one that doesn't have "dev" in the name):

Do only section III to configure Luma:

Then go here and follow every step of it (you'll delete that "up_Decrypt9WIP.bin" and replace it with the latest on but with another key (x_Decrypt9WIP.bin)
After you reach step 13 (and before you update) post here how is your console so to see the next step.

Woah sorry its taken me ages to get back to you!!! Right then, Ive got the 2DS working again thanks to the instructions provided to me from you guys so thank you on that one.

However all games etc have gone apart from FBI. Do I need to hack the console again or something to get everything back on it?

System setting now reads: 9.2.0-20E when it was 11.0.0-22E

The games are gone because of the tickets delete and the 9.2 ctr-transfer,

Apart the 9.2 ctr-transfer, did you do anything more?
Just to be sure, try to boot the console without SD. Console will shut down almost imediatly.
Keep pressing START while booting and Hourglass9 should boot. (If it doesn't, there's some more things to do)

After your console is operational with A9LH, you can use system settings to update to latest firmware and then either use FBI to install the CIAs again or use freeShop (search gbatemp) to have access to a eShop clone and be able to play/download everything available. (as long as there is space on SD card).

Ah the idiot move by myself deleted all the games! What a pleb. Nope I did nothing apart what I was told, turns out it isnt FBI its the health and safety app using the FBI thumbnail.

Hourglass9 boots up. Just there is nothing on the home screen, like freeshop, CIAngel etc

If you plan on continuing to use CIAngel, then next time, check the CIAngel folder in the root of the SD card. That's where the ticket you downloaded should be.

Got to the part 9/10 and select DSP Dump then I just get a red bottom screen and a black top screen with a white dot bottom left. what should I do?!

Just keep trying. And what entry point are you using?? The Homebrew Launcher .cia?

DSPDump doesn't work on 11.1 yet. It's only used for sound in some of the Homebrew launcher emulators.

Thanks so dont bother with it. Something has happened since doing this... cartridges dont work and the camera doesnt, comes up as an error for camera.

Anything I can do?
