so I tried swapping the sd card and bricked it because I left the nand unlocked and now its hard bricked and I think I uninstalled the Homebrew channel

Don't follow videos. They are just piece of medias that can't be updated and often, aren't even deleted or edited if anything changes.
3ds.guidge had a guide to uninstall CFW if you wished. https://3ds.hacks.guide/uninstall-cfw

Do you even know what that means..? You can unlock NAND-writing permissions in Godmode9, yes, but that's strictly a Godmode9 thing meant to prevent you from accidentally writing to the NAND. You can't "leave the NAND unlocked".

Start over with https://3ds.guide/checking-for-cfw and https://3ds.guide/restoring-updating-cfw . And quit following video guides. And don't try to uninstall CFW.
