Hacking 2DS blue flash

Okay I NEED your help, today I tried the new way to have a cfw on 11.8 with frogminer, everything was going well but when I installed B9stool I pressed home instead of powering off my device, so I got a black screen and now when I try to power on my device , it does the blue light for 1 or 2 seconds and then it turn off, that’s not my 3ds HELP ME ! ( I tried to formate my sd card but it didn’t work, I tried different version of Luma3ds, didn’t work)

Reading the Frogminer guide, I'm going with the assumption your 3DS successfully installed boot9strap.

The ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Troubleshooting guide

1. Remove and reinsert your 3DS battery to reset RAM memory.
2. Copy everything off your SD card onto your computer.
   
3. Reformat your SD card with MiniTool Partition Wizard (free edition). Use these settings; check this post for instructions.
   • Partition: Primary
   • Disk: MBR
   • File System: FAT32
   • Cluster size: 32 KB
4. If you've never done so before, check the empty card in a Full Write + Verify Test with H2testw.
   • Delete the *.h2w test files if it passes.
   • If an error was reported, you may stop the test.
   • A hardware failed card can't be fixed. Replace it with another card and go back to step 2.
5. With the cheater's CFW starter kit, build a test setup to see what state your 3DS is currently in.

   • Don't borrow or use files from your main setup while you troubleshoot.

You'll want to see if you can boot any of these:

• HOME Menu
• Recovery Mode
  
• GodMode9 (Start)
  
• Luma3DS v9.1 configuration (Select)
