ROM Hack 2DS A9LH

Ummm even after pasting arm11 i still can't enter decrypt9. Screen become glitched and right after that black, nothing more happens. Any help?

Anyway, I have completed whole guide and successfully installed A9LH, but I got one more questions. For what are tickets? Do I need to restore them?

Nah you don't need to restore them. They're only needed as a backup in the event you're not able to restore your original NAND backup or you don't have one.
