Hacking 2 question about CycloDS and micro SDHC

Hi. I'm considering purchasing a CycloDS. I see that it comes with a micro SD reader, but does the included reader support micro SDHC, or just micro SD. (If I get a micro SDHC card, will I need to purchase a reader that supports micro SDHC?)

Also, is class 4 SDHC generally considered fast enough for most games, or is class 6 a must?

The included reader is compatible with SDHC.
Class 4 is definitely good enough for the Cyclo.
