Misc 2 NNIDs on 1 System? (emuNAND and sysNAND)

I recently set up a emuNAND on my 3DS and I (purposely) didn't link my NNID to my emuNAND.

I was wondering if it's possible to create a 'throwaway' NNID for my emuNAND whilst still having my original NNID on my sysNAND.

I want to use my throwaway NNID to install updates, play online, etc.

you can play online and install updates just fine with any emunand.

You only need latest update of GAME to play online. not latest firmware update of 3ds.

By the way I don't think OP's literal question is possible, because all current emunand drivers don't spoof serial numbers and the like! (and they couldn't be different, if you wanted to be able to use your original NNID on emunand without asking Nintendo...)
