Yeah, naming issue causes it to detect a new version despite there not being one.

Ok, so you are on 8.0 for sure, meaning you likely have B9S 1.2, not 0.6. It doesn't help you now, but it will help others find the actual issue when we know your hack and firm versions.

ok them

whats the diference
Luma3DS-91378ef.zip 91378ef master 2017-6-24 Fix menu display bugs

to stop the arm11 exeptions, use the zip that sleepymankete posted
replace the boot.firm on your sd with the one in the zip (remmeber to put the boot.firm on the root of your sd card).
turn on your 3ds or reboot and you should see the luma3ds configuration
go to the option "Disable ARM11 exeption handlers" and turn on anyother options you like, such as the splash screen. when you are done, press start
this should, in theory, solve your problem.
thanks spleepymankete, iv been looking for this boot.firm file for a while

I hope this solves your issue
I have also included the .zip file, the boot.firm is located in /Luma3DS-91378ef.zip/out/ (if that is confusing, it means that the boot.firm is in the out folder)

EDIT: i didnt read the entire post so sorry if this is already solved lol

Look at the bottom screen when you update via Luma Updater (if you are using v2.1.2). Pressing the correct button combo will allow it to write to ctrnand. Just run Luma Updater and install the latest stable version.

in the release notes no metion arm11
"partial support" all arm9 patches, but no ARM11 patch "
