It's Costello's rules. These people insist that they sent me the brand new one. You can see where the stickers had been taken off for troubleshooting so I was wondering if they got someone's broken card to work but they won't even explain that. I told them that they sent me one that was suppose to go back to manufacturer in error. They go around the subject. Don't you just love how people in this world go around the subject when things are right in front of them? Story of my life. But oh well... I'll have to try to compartmentalize and let this one sit. It is a skill that I have a hard time acquiring unfortunately![]()
Sadly, the bottom line that could have been avoided is to do prior research on a good reseller. :/ I would politely keep insisting on an RMA notice and for them to pay shipping, otherwise you're out of luck.
