Hacking 2 bad gateways from DWTechz.com in a row

It's Costello's rules. These people insist that they sent me the brand new one. You can see where the stickers had been taken off for troubleshooting so I was wondering if they got someone's broken card to work but they won't even explain that. I told them that they sent me one that was suppose to go back to manufacturer in error. They go around the subject. Don't you just love how people in this world go around the subject when things are right in front of them? Story of my life. But oh well... I'll have to try to compartmentalize and let this one sit. It is a skill that I have a hard time acquiring unfortunately :(


Sadly, the bottom line that could have been avoided is to do prior research on a good reseller. :/ I would politely keep insisting on an RMA notice and for them to pay shipping, otherwise you're out of luck.
 
btw Costello don't take offense but I really do need to study some really difficult math and things so if at some point this week I don't come back promptly that is the only reason why. and next week I have finals in the very same classes. so complicated I know but there are other things that are important as well :\

I don't think insisting is what will work with this vendor. I'll just see what they say later. I insist that it is a used card, they persist that it isn't, etc etc.. you know. but ya I should've looked on here to see. they were listed as a reputable vendor on gateway site but even them, gateway, prove to not really be that trustworthy so yeah..

I'd honestly suggest Realhotstuff as you are in the United States. Dealing with service from China is an absolute nightmare.
 
I haven't heard anything back yesterday in email. I had to study but it looks like I should be focusing more on that, this stuff I am studying is super complex.

Anyway I will wait and check email. I sent a couple emails asking what is suppose to be done to clear the card error.

still waiting reply. I notice a new user joined yesterday, posted 2 times on the forum, and then left a positive review for dwtechz on shoptemp:

claims to be from south korea but joined the day dwtechz didn't reply to my email, coincidence?

edit: to be fair, I got a reply some time wayyyy late last night probably their evening time. so the communication is still there.
