Because its not them fighting.

The american actors have very very little to do with the show you see. They play the happy schoolkid without a costume part, but thats all. All the fighting scene are made whenever, probably by asian stunt man and are probably part of the original asian show (which wouldn't surprise me if it kicked asses). Thats why you never ever see the mouth of the rangers or the bad guys. Its cheaper to traduct if you don't need to lipsync
