It reminds me of Stunts on the PC.

Man that game was good. I put a good chunk of time into that one.
and that's why I'm trying Hot Wheels...

has anyone played it yet?
if the framerate is smooth, it might actually be a pretty nice game...

it reminds me a bit of Rollcage Stage 2 also...it had a mode in which you had to drive along very tight tracks, Super Monkey Ball style...

I think the graphics are okay, as long as the runs at smooth 50FPS, which I doubt it does...

Edit: I'm playing the game right now, and it looks pretty impressive...the framerate is very smooth, at least 30FPS I think, and there are no clipping errors, so it sure looks nice...
the gameplay is okay, but there isn't that much "Stunt Challenge", after a jump you can do flips und rolls, and it does all the stunts automatically

I'll play it some more, maybe there are some more challenging tracks

This game is pretty good. It's kinda like a lego racers kind of game except you can do tricks on jumps. The graphics arn't the best but the controls certainly make up for this.

certainly not the game of the year due to the graphics, but it is a reall cool gba title. The 3d is smooth which is actually quite rare on a gba. Yes the game is a bit slow but the races are fun. I would simply say that the game is way too easy.

i thought everybody knew cocktails are like 75% ice
  • Veho @ Veho:
    Yeah but not like this.
  • Veho @ Veho:
It's not like they're complaining that their Slurpee is 99% ice or something, but if the cocktail calls for "shot of vodka, shot of vermouth, shot of gin, shot of Campari, three shots of juice, squirt of lemon" and ends up being a thimbleful of booze, that's a problem.
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
the funny thing is cocktails in norway are only allowed to have 1 20ml shot of booze
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
    so..... yeah
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
we're used to only having a thimbleful of booze
  • Veho @ Veho:
    Booo.
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
same thing if you want whisky on the rocks or something, you can't get a double
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
but you could buy as many shots of whisky (or anything else) as you want and ask for a glass of ice and pour them in
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
    it's dumb
  • Veho @ Veho:
    Maybe.
  • Veho @ Veho:
There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.
  • Veho @ Veho:
But the number of (accidental) poisonings dropped because drinking an entire package of ibuprofen pills went from "I need a new liver" to "I need a new box of Ibuprofen".
  • Veho @ Veho:
Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.

Usually accidentally overdose of ibuprofen here is from people taking like cold medicine then ibuprofen for a headache and the combination is over what they need
