This version of the game's a Pachinko and slots simulator. Pachinko is basically a Japanese pinball game. If you've never played it before, here's your chance

As for why there are so many Japanese ROMs, don't forget the origin of the GBA. Obviously there's going to be more native titles than Western releases.
