Hacking 11.2.0-35u hblauncher payload

Does anybody have a working payload for the newest firmware? The one from 11.1 doesn't work. Luma 6.3.1 if it helps.

Since you have Luma... Try install hblauncher_loader?

From the readme:
The exact filepath used for the SD payload depends on your system. Since this app can handle writing the payload here itself, writing the payload here manually isn't really needed. Example SD filepath with New3DS 10.1.0-27U: "/hblauncherloader/hblauncherloader_otherapp_payload_NEW-10-1-0-27-USA.bin". The Old3DS filepath for the same system-version and region as that example is the same, except that "OLD" is used instead of "NEW".

I have that installed. But the payload for booting into hblauncher doesn't work on 11.2 which is why I'm asking if anyone has a working payload.

I had same problem. I used the 11.0 payload and that worked fine on 11.2. Neither 11.1 or 11.2 worked. Strange.
