you do know NOBODY (not ven ackers) currently have got a way to do it withouth hardmod or another hacked 3ds + a copy of fieldrunners or legends of exidia right?

11.0 downgrade without hardmod is possible, however, you need an already hacked 3ds to perform the downgrade. If you know someone with an already hacked 3ds, you can downgrade your 3ds.

Yes, it is possible to downgrade from 11.0 without a hard mod, but it requires another 3ds with A9LH (or just a CFW). But I doubt you have another hacked 3ds.
