11.0 downgrade without hardmod is possible, however, you need an already hacked 3ds to perform the downgrade. If you know someone with an already hacked 3ds, you can downgrade your 3ds.
EDIT: got ninja'd ;-;

The number of times this question is asked per week...

Yes, it is possible to downgrade from 11.0 without a hard mod, but it requires another 3ds with A9LH (or just a CFW). But I doubt you have another hacked 3ds.

Notice how he doesn't even reply.

GBAtemp, I'll make you a JS/HTML bot to automatically lock and delete threads with "11.0" and "Downgrade" and "softmod" or "without hardmod"

And get rid of that profile picture you Anti-Semitic motherfucker.

    just tried the app that came out, Nintendo Today.

    It's pretty neat for a certain niche. From the series that I mentioned I liked (zelda, metroid, xenoblade) it automatically shows me extra info on characters and details like artwork and neat things related to the series I like.

    I'm a bit worried that this feature will automatically replace the library sharing when you have your account connect in more than one console

    he was a great asset to gaming over all. He were a great programmer. He probably made the launch of Pokemon to even come true, thanks to his custom compression for the games to fit on a gameboy cartridge.
