Of course it is there. If it wasn't there is would be corrupted which means it would fail to pass signature checks which would stop it from loading

Unless something was really messed up, which would be hard to do on 10.6 without even arm11 userland.

I'm not an expert on image manipulation, but that looks fake to me. The coloring and pattern of the horizontal stripes is way off. But then again that could be confirmation bias + a blurry image.
