If he really has a versionless browser, that means he has a custom browser installed, meaning he has CFW (although I've never heard of a edited versionless browser .CIA).

Not to mention this guy probably lacks the skills to edit a .CIA file.

6 pages in and OP has yet to post any proof that his claims are legitimate despite constantly reinsuring everyone that he would. This is already, without a doubt, 100% fake. I suppose his parents may not have given him enough attention so now he's turned to gbatemp for recognition.

Well, he hasn't defended himself thus far. Honestly it could easily be safe to say this is 100% fake.
