Homebrew 10.4 Release soon?

Hi,

my girlfriend asked me to get a Eshop card for buying the mii plaza Games, but she does not want to lose Homebrew Launcher ability. So is 10.4 already out or is it still safe the next couple hours?

id bet its safe for now. best bet is to downgrade and use emunand, then it doesn't matter.

They won't necessarily patch everything at once. They could even do a "light" 10.4 update that just patches browserhax and it would annoy a lot of "I'll do it tomorrow" people (since that would also block browserhax on 10.3 with an update nag).

I don't think they would do such a thing. Not after 2 weeks (#32c3).

If your girlfriends N3ds is on 10.3 its likely she would have to format to downgrade anyways. Which I'm sure would be a dealbreaker.
