Also you can get to 9.0-9.2. Then use menuhax. Why 9.3+? Why updating the SysNAND?
Sometimes due to multiple H&S and garbage left after downgrading, you may have trouble with FBI injection.
However you can use Decrypt9 to get the NAND FAT16 Xorpad, thus you can manually do this if you want afterwards.

safe Update? you mean sysupdater? if you have kernal access , Cough Cia Cough then you the regular sysupdater , not safe version or the one with memchunkhax2 since the fail, the regular sysupdater.cia will likely always work assumming you choose the right files

It took MONTHS to allow downgrading from 10.3, how do you guys think it will be possible to do it from 10.4 the day after updating?

Please, think on it for a bit, it's obvious that this is what Nintendo wanted to block

Downgrade to 4.2 and install MSET Rxtools, can install FBI and seems succefully, but when I launch H&S, launch H&S and no FBI, I tried multiples times but its the same, Install FBI again, download again, is the same story

Yo, chill. Decrypt9 has mset support. Inject h&s with Decrypt9. Then do your rxtools thing.

sysUpdater failed with message 'Failed to get CIA file info'.
safe sysUpdater can do checking successfully but can not go downgrade. Press Y and 3ds turn in blackscreen.

Yep, and there is a good chance it will be a very long wait. After all, > 9.2 didn't even get a full kernel exploit, merely one that allowed downgrading.
