Yep. This why there's a new app being developed, the KernelTimeMachine, which is supposed to take care of all those anomalies.
Who can wait, I recommend to wait.
If you have a factory backup, as I had, just wipeout the downgrade and start a fresh device.

Can those leftover titles cause any harm?

I mean everybody should write their successful downgrades like this:

• The system they were on.
• The system they downgraded to.
• The 3DS model they have.
  
• What hax did they use to downgrade.
• What files did they use to downgrade.

Problem is, web browserhax won't launch, I get a red touch screen every time. I'm using the most recent version, do I need an older one?

Never mind, nothing happened. Hard resetted and it went away.

I managed to downgrade my N3DS from 10.3U to 9.2U. Attempt at your own discretion though.

Meanwhile, what CFWs are even compatable with N3DS? I just want to make sure I can even run exploits as I'm being asked by a friend to show him the downgrade.

I HSed a few times on Step 7, the first time, I instantly got to Step 8 and it said "Success" but yeah...
So no worries there.

Only time will tell.
I suppose that no. They will not be accessed while you are in 9.2.
But they were not supposed to be there anyway.

I've trying to downgrade here with the TuxSH's last sysUpdate but it stuck in the #5 or #7 step. I've trying with CubicNinja, homemenuhax and webhax. None worked.. Well, probably I'll need wait for the KTM release.
