total newbie when in comes to 3ds homebrew.
haven't touched my n3ds xl , for a while and i'm on 9.8.0-25E.
do i have to update to 10.3 first or can i downgrade from 9.8.0?

Haven't gotten it to boot properly yet but I've gotten to step 8 once with Ironhax while Menuhax struggles to get up to step 7.

You can downgrade from 9.8 but make sure you have the right update files and read through the previous posts in this thread for any tips/info

My browserhax hangs with a red bottom screen, I've been trying for 5 minutes straight but it just doesn't work.
