Well, I am NOT going to try this on my O3DS, however, I plan on buying an N3DS very soon-ish, I'll test it out on that one the moment I unpack it

Worst case scenario it bricks and I have to go to gamestop again 30 minutes after buying it and have them trade it and give me another one.

Nah man. Needed systemupdate and it turned off midway. Easy.
I was debating the same as for reasons unknown, not using tubehax, I can't get the youtube app to work properly. Bottom screen is blank. Youtube will load in browser though.

Where can I read up on hardmodding a 2DS?
I have done 360 mod chips, 0603 SMD leds and awg30 trace repairs so from what Ive seen it looks simple enough.

Otherwhise youre risking losing your 3ds.
