Yes I Have Tried Silderhax over and over But No Luck
In The Past Before TubeHax Was Patched, I Did Get it to Work

is there anyway i can run homebrew? without buying a o3ds with low firmware or buying NinjaHax off Ebay

i apologise for my grammar

Unless the tubehax DNS is still on and you can access browserhax, no

You can use OoT, both the old and the player's select version will run homebrew. But you either need someone how has a hacked 3DS to install it for you or save writer to install it through your PC.
Otherwise, there's still no free homebrews for 10.5+

Then right after clicking the slider on its far left, spam the A button until HBLauncher loads.
Just FWI, the exploit is triggered by touching any part of the slider's hitbox. Pressing buttons, pressing farther to the left or right and what not is just placebo effect, it doesn't actually increase the boot chances.

Waiting a while to make sure the page is fully loaded seems to help though.
