Hi, I need some help. I think my son has updated my switch console to current firmware 10.0.4, I cannot remember the exact firmware it was on prior to this but it has definitely been updated.
I am using current version of atmosphere and have updated hekate, fusee etc.
My problem is, when I am in my CFW menu and have the option to boot to (CFW SYSNAND, CFW EMUMMC or Stock SYSNAND), the two CFW options come up with an error pk1g failed to launch HOS.
the Stock SYSNAND option will let me boot but in my games menu I cannot play any games, they come up with an error (could not start the software, please try again from the HOME menu) - this occurs with games I have downloaded off jack in the shop. games on actual cartridges also come up with an error ( The software was closed because an error occurred).
**Edit, the pk1g launch HOS error no longer occurs since wiping and installing atmosphere to sd card again. the game errors still persit though. however, I am able to get into lakka and play roms.
If anyone can be of assistance that would be great I appreciate it. I have tried to detail my problem as much as possible, short of fixing this what are my options? to buy a new console? if I buy a new console will my sons save game files transfer over via SD card?
