Hi,

I got a 1.51 upgradet to 2.00 downgradet to 1.5.
I have to start a FW loader and then select a iso and then i can play.

I read about this custom FW, so I can load isos more easily.
How does this work?
Whats the best?

What if the update fails? So I better grap a pandora battery before i start?
whats that at all?

thanks

Pandora Battery would be a good thing to have. It won't brick as long as you have an IQ above that of a soap dish, but better safe than sorry. Custom firmware eliminates the need for Devhook completely. All the latest features of newest firmwares, homebrew compatibility and support for newest UMDs. Devhook is now COMPLETELY obsolete. Take that to mean whatever you want.

EDIT:3.72 M33-3 is the latest CFW. I'm sure there are easy installers around.

Considering you already have a 1.5 PSP, just find a Custom Firmware installer and run it, following the steps in the readme.
