005-5602 - region has never changed

As the title said, I'm getting the 005-5602 error. However, I have never changed the region on my N3DSXL

Does anyone know what causes/caused this when the region has never changed?

It's an original EUR 3DS trying to access EUR eshop to update game.

Solved.

Go into profile to change the country to a different region, open eshop and login/go as far as you can until you get an error message.

then go back to profile and fix your region settings.

then go back to profile and fix your region settings.

That answer does not work unfortunately.

Well. Seeing as the eshop is closed. You're not going to be able to do anything from there.
