Misc 002-0102 error code

So I've been reading around and it seems this might just be a temp ban? It has been over a month and I think I'm still getting that error code when I try to go online. Thing is I went online with SuMo on my second 3ds because I didn't care if I got banned on that one or not. I then decided to install Luma on my N3ds which I use regularly but I needed to do a system transfer from my Old 3ds to do it. Now, I have my problem with that error code on my new 3ds and I never went online SuMo with that 3ds. Alright, here is the kicker: I did a system transfer before with my old 3ds to my N3ds and now my old 3ds, after restoring the nandbin, can go online while my N3ds is banned. Anyway to remedy this? I forgot to add that this is my first ban.

This is what I did back then but I can't help it but wonder: if I ever format my 3DS through the Settings app and then login with the NEW NNID iI created, will I be able to use the eShop and go online in games?

Depends on whether they've banned the nnid or the console itself

If it's the Pokémon Sun/Moon ban, it's console ban and you can't link a new NNID even after a system format. You can inject a blank NNID to delete your actual ID and enter into eShop

So I did some testing on a few of my spare 3ds consoles and got 1 successfully banned. Yes I did get the 002-0102 error code which means that your consoles is banned and there isn't much you can do to unban unless you have a second 3ds

If i unban 3ds with using other 3ds's FC, can i add others people friendcode to battle / trande in pokemon ?

If you aren't getting an error code afterwards then yes
