ROM Hack [Release] Monster Hunter Stories Save Editor MHSEC-G

yeah, I tried opening the .so file with Hopper and IDA warez (I guess IDA gives more information), I don't understand a single thing tho lol. I suppose most graphics-intensive Android games are written with JNI to ramp up the performance.

ROM Hack [Release] Monster Hunter Stories Save Editor MHSEC-G

If only someone could help me understand the assembly code in the screenshot below, I'm quite confident that I can write a script/program to mint the checksum for MHST mobile save file. It's checkSaveData() function in lib/arm64-v8a/libMHR.so file inside the APK. I have like zero knowledge of...

ROM Hack [Release] Monster Hunter Stories Save Editor MHSEC-G

Hey guys, I did some research regarding MHST Android version save data. I found that there are 2 save files, `mhr_game0.sav` and `mhr_game1.sav`. The 0 one is autosave file, while the 1 is the conventional save file (saving the game manually). Each of them has backup file named...

How to do wondertrade? is it possible in citra?

    Homebrew Citra - Pokemon Sun/Moon/ORAS/XY Discussion/Troubleshooting

I think Gamefreak did it right. Cosmoem gonna evolve into Lunala in moon and Solgaleo in sun no matter what. So people could get their ass off to trade, and 'Socialize'. Socialize is the major point there. Gamefreak obviously doesn't expect their games to be played in an offline environment such...

Homebrew Citra - Unofficial \ Chinese builds discussion

Hey, I just build Dampih's code on mac, and it's not much of improvement. It runs so slow just like official Citra build on mac, I can't tell the FPS though. I don't know what the problem really is. I went back and forth from windows and mac, the last 'fast' build that I've tried is GDMK's 15/9...

Just checked, yeah he doesn't add his last build there, the latest commit was 7 days ago. Why fast Citra builds code never get shared? Yes, my bad, I'm a mac peasant. :(

Does Dampih share his build on GitHub? I've been missing the emulator updates for quite a while (because of some games playthrough). If he does share his code on Github please tell me. I need to compile it myself, thanks

You asked too much son. use cheat to remove that outline. Google has it all

Best? what is best for you? speed? consistency? GDMK 15/9 build is the fastest. as for reliability just use latest official bleeding edge Create `cheats` folder in the same path as nand, sdmc, sysdata. Just like that and the cheat will work must be named `cheats` exactly. don't alter anything...

Okay thanks, can I compile using minGW on mac?

Homebrew Citra - Unofficial \ Chinese builds discussion

Yes yes, me too. I got about 40 fps on hau'oli cemetery, and then I left it for a bit to come here. When I back to my game, it suddenly dropped to 20FPS. I also got graphical glitch on Gastly. I can't see gastly flame-like feature on that new build. what is minGW? source compiler? so I have to...

Just tried it, since I've been playing on laptop (with mediocre specs), I miss the speed up on 15/9 build. It feels a tad slower, but far more consistent just as you said.

Is it gonna be faster than 15/9 or 24/9? I got pretty decent FPS on 15/9. I don't really mind the layout tho

you don't get my point right? I know about 12 hour time gap. But that gap just messed up. My pokemon sun time follows moon time. So there's no gap after I transfer my moon save file to sun. And now I'm looking for the way to fix it.. jeez

Homebrew Citra - Unofficial \ Chinese builds discussion

I don't think so. I played pokemon moon at 1 am my local time, and it's day in the game. But when it's day in real time, it's night in pokemon moon. And now after I transfered my moon safe file to sun, the in-game time just follow moon's behaviour. So there's no time gap like you said

I just transfered moon save file to sun. The time get inverted, day becomes night vice versa. How to fix it? and about the build, I'm currently using 15/9. And it runs quite fast, is there any build that runs pokemon SM faster than 15/9?

I think it's actually quite true that Direct3d is more robust than openGL in term of raw performance. I also agree with you, it'll be only waste of time for citra team to rewrite all that code. That's why there're Unofficial builds, they want to add features that are not available in the...
