    There is your problem. Charter. I (sadly) have Charter and I get kicked of on all the online games I play - 2 for PC and Brawl. I haven't tried Mario Kart online yet (mostly because I suck), but I'm pretty sure thats your problem. It might also be because I live out in the middle of no-where.

    Well, I know of three normal-def TVs that have component inputs, and they work fine as long as the Wii is set to interlaced(I) not progressive-scan(P). Otherwise the screen is really jumpy and you basicly have to feel the vibrations to change it to interlaced

    What antivirus do you use?

    I use a combo of Avira AntiVir Personal, ClamWin, and ThreatFire (all free). And Macs can get viruses, it's just that they are not targeted.
