Hey Guys i have downloadet Pokemon Omega Ruby but i cant open it on Citra altough i can see the folder with the file. I used WinRar to extract the file but it doesent works i hope someone can help me

Honestly, don't bother. Even if you do get it to run.... It doesn't run in a playable way.

Just buy a 3DS bro it's like $50-$60 most games on android 3ds emulator dont play well anyway

on my oneplus 7T, it's stable 30FPS.
Make sure u rename the file to CCI.
