i had never played salmon run and frankly thought it looked unfun, but splatoon raiders is phenomenal, i was one of the ones who was hoping for a singleplayer splatoon game ever since 1 and they delivered far better than i couldve ever hoped for
i have no idea what to expect from the OOT remake, it scrambled me emotionally and the trailer seems like it could equally go either way of being weird, or being great
i returned to echoes of wisdom now that botw/totk burnout has died down...
im guessing that burnout also kept a lot of others away from the game, because i never heard anything about this game being as insanely fun as it is
i wonder if nintendo is going to taper off of open world stuff and that it was mostly to display the power of the switch 2, or if theyre going to start leaning back in to it again as a result of the freedom enabled by the new hardware
steam controller seems like it might be the dream one ive been searching for, for so long...
and its actually the ps stick layout, something so much rarer than youd ever think
the majority of the time, i find ray/path tracing in games to feel less accurate to real life than just whatever the native shading was
i was looking around for games with good implementation of it, and cyberpunk was the the most recommended one, so im looking at comparisons and it feels like a solid 70/30 split on whether it hurts or improves immersion in any given example
