Is there a way to to install costume theme on anemone without scanning any QR codes ?

For some reason my 2ds can’t scan QR codes since the camera is a little damaged.
But I saw some folder in the sd card of my 2ds named:splashes,theme and anemone.
Maybe is there still some hope?

If you can find the files of the themes or splashes. You can just put them there and install them in the app. otherwise, the way to do so using qr codes is useless to you.
