OK, so you have the NAND.BIN files that judging from the messages you were getting matches what's in your wii.
Try downloading this and running it - it's a rather non-user friendly command line program so you will have to unzip it, get the needed dlls, put them into the same folder and then also copy the nand.bin into it.

Once you have all the files in the right place, open a command prompt and go to whatever directory you put the files in and enter:
nandbincheck nand.bin -all -v -v -continue
It should print a lot of data - if it's all working, then repeat the same command but redirect the output:
nandbincheck nand.bin -all -v -v -continue > nandbininfo.txt
Once you get that, post it here - you might want to edit it and remove the line that says "SERNO=xxxxxxxxx" since that's specific to your console.
That should provide a very good indication of what state your NAND is in
