no offense but i dont get enough information with just google i thought there is maybe a forum, discord or something were all those infos might be concentrated and easy accessible preferably with all the translators or groups in it.
understandable it's just that what you're asking for almost doesn't exist it's very hard to track which translation projects are still active and how active they have to be to be considered active
